Each in-person visit and corresponding telephone annual follow-up was coordinated with a study-wide manual of procedures and centralized training on methods and data collection forms. Each data collection form is covered in its corresponding manual of procedure chapter. As of 2020, Visit 1 and Visit 2 (in-person and Annual Follow-up) are completed and Visit 3 is underway slowly due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
